At HockeyStickMan, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of the sport, used sticks and custom pro stock items are generally sold as-is without a manufacturer warranty.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all factory tags and packaging intact before initiating the process.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse via your preferred carrier; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
