What is a 'Pro Stock' hockey stick?
Pro stock sticks are custom-built for professional players in leagues like the NHL, AHL, and NCAA. Unlike retail sticks, they are built to specific player preferences for weight, flex, and blade pattern, often featuring reinforced construction for elite-level durability.
Do you offer a warranty on hockey sticks?
Because we specialize in pro stock equipment sold at significant discounts, most sticks do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. However, we offer our own 'Stickman Warranty' on select models which can be added at checkout for peace of mind.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but customers in North America can generally expect their gear within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
How can I tell if a stick is the right height for me?
Most of our senior pro stock sticks are 60 inches long (measured from the heel to the top). We provide specific length measurements in each product description. Remember that adding a plug or cutting the stick will affect the overall flex.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, un-taped, and uncut equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our hockey gear worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
